Spinach & Lemon Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

- Tub of Black Swan Chunky Spinach & Lemon Dip
- Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Asparagus Spears
- Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- Dill
- Lemon (slice)

Method

  1. Pat dry salmon fillet with paper towel.
  2. Drizzle oil onto a plate and place salmon fillets atop it.
  3. In small bowl mix panko bread crumbs and Black Swan dip to bind.
  4. Evenly distribute crust mix atop salmon fillets.
  5. Place salmon fillets into airfryer basket and scatter asparagus spears around.
  6. Cook for 7 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Garnish with dill sprig and slice of lemon.
