Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough ball (pre-made)
- 1/2 tub Black Swan Cheesy Garlic & Herbs
- 60g grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Prepare fresh pizza dough as per pack instructions.
- Roll the dough into a round, thin pizza shape and place on a lined baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the Black Swan Cheesy Garlic and Herbs onto the pizza dough. Top with mozzarella cheese. Evenly distribute the sliced potato and top with rosemary leaves.
- Cook in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden. Serve while warm.
