Pesto Eggs with Avocado

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 4 tbsp Black Swan Chunky Basil &
- Cashew Pesto
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- Crumbled fetta, to top
Method
- Bring a medium frypan to medium-high heat.
- Spoon the pesto into the hot pan and crack the eggs on top. Cook sunnyside up to desired liking.
- Top the toasted sourdough with sliced avocado and top with the fried eggs. Top with crumbled fetta.
