Air Fryer Chips
Cauliflower, Pickle and Zucchini Chips are are perfect match for Black Swan Dips.
Instructions
Ingredients
Air Fried Cauliflower Chips
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups small cauliflower florets
- Extra virgin olive oil (spray works best)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Spices to taste:
- 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Tub of Black Swan Crafted Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Dip
Air Fried Pickle Chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Jar large pickles
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil (spray works best)
- Tub of Black Swan Favourites Avocado Dip
Airfried Zucchini Chips
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tables spoons of grated parmesan
- Extra virgin olive oil (spray works best)
- Tub of Black Swan Reduced Fat Roasted Capsicum Dip
Method
Air Fried Cauliflower Chips
- On a tray, mix breadcrumbs and desired spices. In a small shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200
- Dip each cauliflower into the egg, coat with the crumb mixture, then place onto a plate. Spray the cauliflower with olive oil and place into the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each cauli. Don’t overcrowd the basket. Air fry for approx 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Season to taste and serve with Black Swan Crafted Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Dip.
Air Fried Pickle Chips
- Place breadcrumbs on a tray. In a small shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200
- Slice pickles lengthways into strips. Dip each pickle strip into the egg, coat with crumbs, then place onto a plate. Spray the pickles with olive oil and place into the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each. Don’t overcrowd the basket. Air fry for approx 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Season to taste and serve with Black Swan Favourites Avocado Dip.
Air Fried Zucchini Chips
- Place breadcrumbs and parmesan on a tray. In a small shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180.
- Slice zucchini into discs. Dip each into the egg, coat with crumb mix, then place onto a plate. Spray the discs with olive oil and place into the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each. Don’t overcrowd the basket. Air fry for approx 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
